"What You Believe Is Only What You Believe - Part 2"

Anyway, sooner or later they would form a group that all believed the same set of things some of which was Mine and some of which was not.

They would go to the next tribe and say, 'We believe all this and you should too'.

Tribe 2 would believe some things, usually Mine, but couldn't accept all tribe ones' cultural extras.

Tribe 1 to whom the cultural extras were very important would be offended and would begin a fued with those non-believers over there in tribe 2.

Pretty soon the tribal leaders could use religion as good excuse for a war, usually to gain land and scarce resources.

This mindset of, 'They aren't real people like us. They don't believe in God like we do. So it's a good thing to hurt them.', is something that really brings out the Old Testament in Me.

They would actually run into battle screaming My Name and the result was always death, pain, and enslavement for somebody.

Exactly the things I wanted to avoid in the first place. Message received, message distorted, message completely lost.

I must tell you right now please, "Do no violence in my name". I really hate that! It makes me wonder why I gave you free will sometimes.

You see you are free to believe in Me or not. I'm secure enough to handle it either way. Just don't get judgemental about your position.

Believe me, you especially are in no position to judge. You know what I mean. Okay enough for now. Be kind. It's all love, God
